Fostering Panel Members

Happy Hearts Foster Care are a small foster care agency with big ambitions to provide high quality care for children and young people.

We are currently looking to appoint a Panel Chair and Panel Members to help us create a diverse Fostering Panel that will play a crucial role in enabling the provision and monitoring of high-quality foster care.

Members of the panel come from all walks of life and bring a range of skills and knowledge to ensure the panel works collectively to reach informed judgements about the suitability of foster parents. As a result, the panel will help Happy Hearts Foster Care recruit the very best carers to help some of our most vulnerable children realise their potential.

In addition to the above positions Happy Hearts Foster Care is also recruiting a suitably qualified and experienced Agency Decisions Maker (ADM) who can bring their expertise to the process of approving prospective foster carers.
